Grace Is a Blessing

Revelation 22:12-21
Grace is the free and unmerited favor of God. We can do nothing to earn it; it is a gift. God’s grace enables us to choose him; it enables us to accept His gift of salvation. Grace enables us to be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. We are being transformed into God’s image because of this grace. We are alive in Christ because of God’s gift of grace. We are able to be like Jesus because of grace.
The One who is the beginning and the end is blessing us with grace. He is calling us to a life full of grace. All of the Christian experience is encapsulated in and with grace. There is nothing we can do to make God love us more or less. There is no checklist, no hoops to jump through, no litmus test. God gives us his free and unmerited favor. He chooses us. He loves us. No matter what. May we be blessed with God’s grace and empowered to share it with others.
