Living Under Pressure

The pressure continues for the Israelites. God, however, promised to protect them through the night. The angel of the Lord cast a protective barrier between them and Pharaoh’s army.

Are you living under pressure? God can use that pressure to mold you into the grace-filled person he dreams you to be. Satan would love for you to get frustrated and quit. When you are under pressure you must keep going. That is no time to quit!

Korean Christians were severely persecuted under the Communist regime. When asked how he could keep going, one imprisoned Christian said, “Our captors don’t understand us. We Christians are like nails; the harder you hit us, the deeper you drive us.” Does your pain drive you deeper into Jesus, or will Satan use it to drive you away from Jesus? Don’t get off the train just yet . . . there is light at the end of the tunnel!
