Remain In Christ

John 15:1-10
Each year as winter draws to a close, it is time to prune all that which bears fruit and flowers. The gardener looks closely at the bush. Which vines look healthy? Which vines have died? Which vines are growing too close to other vines? How can the gardener help the new branches flourish? What matters most is that the branches remain connected to the vine.
Jesus said, I am the vine. All of it. Our calling as disciples of Jesus is to remain in Jesus, to abide in His love, to center ourselves in Jesus’ mission. The purpose of our lives is not to produce fruit, but to remain in Jesus, the true vine. As we remain in Jesus, we will bear fruit, but that is not our mission, our focus.
We are not meant to live out our calling alone. We are a body; we need each other. Living in relationship with the Body of Christ and remaining connected to Jesus, gives life not just for ourselves but for all.

Gloria a Deus! Isso realmente é verdade essa palavra é poderosa em nós motivar a viver não só para nós mas para nosso irmão e para todos que nescessitam do Amor e que estão sem o perdão e salvação. E que também meu maior esforço é permanecer Nele.
