Ezekiel 43:1-9

The Bible is a testimony of God’s desire to hang out with His people. The Lord always wants to wash away sins and help us live right, but He also genuinely wants to be with us. The Lord goes to great lengths to be our God and make us His people. That God enjoys being with us is a big deal!

The excitement in Ezekiel chapter 43  is about God bringing His people home. He is offering His house, a safe and comfortable place. It is an open invitation. It is an invitation to God’s space.

The joy and enthusiasm of this prophecy points us to a time that God would join His people in a brand-new way, through Jesus, called Immanuel, meaning God is with us! Now, in the era of the Holy Spirit, the Lord dwells in the heart of His people!

Hanging out with God always changes people. When God is with us, sin loses, God shines, and the faithful win!
