Lord of All

Romans 10:8-17
Saul of Tarsus was raised with a restricted worldview. The Jews had the message of salvation. Those outside the Mosaic covenant were nonbelievers, separated from the promises of God. However, when Saul encountered Jesus Christ on the Damascus road his worldview was changed completely. Later, as the apostle Paul, he wrote to the church at Rome, a church made up of believers of both Jewish and non-Jewish backgrounds. The message of Christ was for all people. Whereas the benefits of the old covenant were by inheritance, to Abraham’s descendants, the new covenant in Jesus Christ was available to all who believe in Him. “For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, ‘Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved’” (Romans 10:12-13).
Jesus is the Lord of all! Everyone who calls on Him in faith will be saved. No restrictions, no exclusions, no exceptions.

There is no evidence that Saul of Tarsas ever met, spoke to, prayed with, or ate with the man known as Jesus.
