Psalm 25:1-11

I have a love hate relationship with my phone’s GPS. I have to put a lot of trust in the instruction it gives because without it, I could not do my job. However, it isn’t always right. Sometimes, there is truly a better way to reach my destination. Other times, it is plain wrong, leading to a place that isn’t anywhere near where I need to be.

Fortunately, our Heavenly Father isn’t at all like my flawed GPS. He sees every detail of our lives. He’s not missing obscure details or new developments. God is aware of all the obstacles, delays, and areas under construction. He knows the exact distance between milestones in our lives. It only makes sense to let the Creator of the universe guide us as we navigate through each and every day. The path may not always make sense, but we can trust His sense of direction.

We don’t have to worry about whether or not God’s proposed course will get us where we need to go. When we align our path with God’s we can be assured of a safe, timely arrival.
