Just hearing or saying the word “sweet” can make my mouth water. Mental images of mother’s homemade peanut butter fudge or the thought of warm double-glazed doughnuts can send my taste buds into spasms.

The Lord often chooses to whisper sweet words of truth into our ears when we read the living Word in the solitude of early morning. A verse hidden in our heart springs to life and offers hope in the midst of a tragedy. The anointed Word spoken by a pastor convicts, challenges, and elevates us to new heights countless times.
We celebrate and continue to embrace the sweet words of our Lord, as alive and powerful today as when the ink was still wet on the scrolls.
