Proverbs 10:27-32
Is it possible to put a price on wisdom? It is possible that the way we feel and the way we think may not be as cleanly divided or separated as we may think. We are by creation creatures capable of feeling emotions as well as propositional thinking.
Proverbs often connects worship and learning in ways that honor God as well as equip us for effective living. Proverbs 10 offers an effective strategy for being, developing, mapping and knowing.
• Begin by being a person of reverence. Reverence and respect equip us for knowledge and its application.
• The broad way may seem faster and smoother. The narrow way has less traffic and offers better perspective.
• Not all GPS systems are 100% reliable. Map your life’s journey with Christ-formed waypoints and objectives.
• All roads have to be shared. The writer of Proverbs understood the value of finding favor with others.
When we find God’s way, our destiny is assured.
