Seek Right Now!

Isaiah 55:6-13
Every time I would go with my mom to the store as a child, I would want gum or a cheap toy with the two dollars of allowance burning in my pocket. My mom would urge me to save up for something more important, but I never waited.
Right now is an urgent call upon us, yet we want things immediately. God is here for us right now, near to us with the overflowing power of God’s presence. We sometimes have a difficult time believing in that abundance.
“Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near” (v. 6). Isaiah communicated with the people of Israel how readily available God is. We turn to God, and His righteousness prevails through any struggles. Beyond the faithfulness of God’s presence, God wants us to go forth with joy and peace.
We have the beauty of the world around us to show us how to celebrate our Creator. God is near right now, and the overflowing abundance of joy and peace never ceases. We can seek and find God right now!
