Christ Our Intercessor
March 11th, 2023
1 Timothy 2:1-7
Christ is at the right hand of the Father, ever interceding for us. He has given us His Holy Spirit to help us pray in agreement with the will of the Father. He helps us fight our battles so that we can have full assurance of overcoming power and victory. He has promised we have everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge and faith in His name. His mediation on the cross for our salvation and entire sanctification provides the basis for His ongoing intercession for His people.
We receive every spiritual blessing of Christ as we join His intercession with the help of the Holy Spirit. The healing ministry of Jesus continues in our day as we remember in prayer that it is by His wounds we are healed.
We intercede by asking the Spirit to inspire each one to seek and find Christ. We ask the Father to draw each one closer in whole-hearted devotion. He will supply all our needs.
