God Will Always Be In Control

Hosea 9:10-17
God speaks daily by His Spirit and through His Divine Word. Everyone is a communicator and is able to bring hope to many a person who needs help and assurance.
In my travels in parts of Europe I have noticed many churches are empty. Many tourists come through the doors of historic churches to behold the beautiful architecture. These have become historical museums recalling an era when they were full of worshipers. Yet on Sundays they have but few. In a television report some boys in England were challenged by a youth evangelist about coming to church on Sunday. They responded by saying that church is only for old people. Wow!
Thankfully there are some churches packed to capacity in places like Northern Ireland. Some even have up to four morning worship services. Unique, yes; God is at work in the middle of gloom.
We need a voice in the land. God’s prophets have gone silent. All of Europe needs prayer. Financial strains and difficulties are apparent. Nevertheless God is in control.

“Nevertheless God is in control.”
First glance sees evil, disease, & death ramped. However, in exercising “faith,” trials & tribulations are seen as tests (James 1:2) that act as a catalyst for spiritual refinement.
God gave us “free will;” however, He desires us to love HIM as HE loves us. Therefore, HE sent HIS Son to show us the way.
